3. During operation, the working pressure of the equipment shall be reduced as much as possible, otherwise the equipment will stop suddenly or the screen barrel will crack.

4. The water temperature of the hydraulic transmission system shall not exceed 600 ℃. Due to the high pressure of the hydraulic oil pump, the temperature rises rapidly. It is recommended that the gasoline pump work continuously at high pressure for no more than 3 hours, and the temperature rise of the rolling bearing of the transmission device shall not exceed 40 ℃ of the indoor temperature.

5. When the equipment is running, do not let sharp and hard objects and internal metal objects enter the body. They can damage the parts of the human body, damage the normal operation of the equipment, and clean before pressure.

6. If the equipment is not used for a long time, it is necessary to remove all the water gun precipitated in the body, coat the rusty parts with vegetable oil for maintenance, and place them in a naturally ventilated and dry place.

7. The hydraulic oil of the hydraulic transmission system shall be kept clean. 120 mesh filter shall be used for oil supply or oil change.

8. The rolling bearing of the transmission device shall be timely introduced with lubricating grease for maintenance, the reducer shall be timely introduced with lubricating grease for maintenance, and the hydraulic oil filter element shall be timely introduced with gear oil for maintenance.
